Our summer courses of Italian language are aimed at students aged between 12 and 19 years, university students, and adults. Accommodation in selected families and the quiet environment foster socialization and cultural exchange, allowing a full immersion in the language and customs of Italy. The mild summer climate, cool and pleasant, is particularly favorable for the conduct of outdoor activities and excursions that our association is proposing in conjunction with language courses. Summer life in the city, moreover, is livened up by cultural events, exhibitions, and musical performances, and traditional and religious festivals.

1. STANDARD COURSE for TEENAGERS (12-19 YEARS) Includes for each week of the course 4 hours of group lessons a day from Monday to Friday (20 hours per week) and accommodation in a family full board.

2. ALL INCLUSIVE COURSE for TEENAGERS (12-19 YEARS) Includes for each week of the course: 4 hours of group lessons a day from Monday to Friday (20 hours per week), family accommodation full board, 1 visit to an educational farm with tasting, 1 practical course of your choice, 1 day-trip, 1 evening of music.

4. ALL INCLUSIVE COURSE for ADULT This program, suitable for those who want to begin or deepen their knowledge of Italian and, at the same time, enjoy the attractions offered by the territory and the activities organized by our association, includes for each week of the course: 4 hours of group lesson a day from Monday to Friday (20 hours per week), 1 visit to an educational farm with tasting, 1 day-trip, 1 evening of music, 1 practical course of your choice.

5. LEISURE PACKAGE Includes for each week: 1 visit to an educational farm with tasting, 1 day-trip, 1 practical course as you like.

LEVELS OF STUDY match those provided by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

Levels A1 – A2: Elementary
Levels B1 – B2: Intermediate
Levels C1 – C2: Advanced

THE TEACHING METHOD adopted by our teachers, all qualified native speakers and holding a university diploma degree, aims to develop in students the practical skills of understanding and communication and, at the same time, the knowledge of the grammatical structures of Italian. The lectures will be supported by modern textual and audio-visual teaching materials, all of which are provided by the Association.

CLASSES are formed based on the linguistic level of origin, that are found on the first day of the course through an Admission Test and the small number of students per class allows a direct and personal relationship with the teacher.

CERTIFICATES Upon completion of the course each student will receive an attendance certificate attesting the level, the program done and the results achieved.

ACCOMMODATION Participants in our courses will stay with families carefully selected by the association, in single or double rooms, in full board, in apartments located in central areas. The host family facilitates socialization and practice of the language, and introduces fully the Italian lifestyle and habits. Upon request, the Association can assist in booking rooms in Bed & breakfast and farm holidays.

TRANSFER SERVICE The Association provides a service of transfer from the station or airport of arrival directly to housing. This service, available 24 hours a day, must be booked at time of registration and information (date and time of arrival, number plane / train) must be notified within 1 week before the course. INSURANCE Participants in the courses are covered by liability insurance.

PRACTICAL COURSE OF ITALIAN CULTURE AND CRAFTS Our group offers the opportunity to combine the Italian language courses with workshops and laboratories.

PRACTICAL COURSE DESIGN AND TECHNICAL PAINTERS: consists of 2 afternoon classes of 2 hours a week, is practical and will be taught by a teacher holding diploma of the Academy of Fine Arts and specialized in teaching, which will guide students in achieving work using the basic techniques of drawing and painting. The materials included in cost, will be provided by the Association.

PRACTICAL COURSE OF MOSAIC consists of 2 afternoon classes of 2 hours a week, is practical and will be taught by a teacher holding diploma of the Academy of Fine Arts and specialized in teaching. Students will learn the basic technique of the mosaic and will carry out a work that can bring with them at the end of the course. The materials included in cost, will be provided by the Association.

PRACTICAL COURSE FOR PASTRY AND ICE CREAM consists of 2 afternoon classes of 2 hours a week and is practical: during the course the student will be taught the basic techniques of Italian pastry through the implementation of sweets.

PRACTICAL COURSE OF ITALIAN CUISINE consists of 2 afternoon classes of 2 hours a week and is practical. During the course students will learn to make pasta by hand along with some basic techniques of Italian cuisine.
